Gosfield Wind Farm Update

Brookfield Renewable Power commissioned the 22-turbine wind farm in October 2010 in the Town of Kingsville in Essex County. Here are a few project details:

• Created almost 300 temporary jobs during construction.
• Generating enough clean, renewable electricity to power over 16,000 homes annually

Comber Wind Project Awarded 20-year Contract

With a 20-year contract in place under the province of Ontario's Feed-in Tariff (FIT) Program, Brookfield Renewable Power broke ground in October 2010 for the construction of a 72-turbine wind farm in the Town of Lakeshore in Essex County. Here are a few project details:

• M.A. Mortenson Company is the balance of plant contractor for the civil aspects of the project, including road construction, foundations and wind turbine erection.

• Siemens is the wind turbine supplier.

• The Project is expected to create almost 300 temporary jobs during construction
